Medical Aid disaste

After three years with Spectramed, I ended my account on 311209. I've consequently obtained 2 need letters from documents who've not been taken care of appointments during December while my account was still productive. A few months later, several calls later, at least 4 ref nos. For calls wherever I was guaranteed motion (1 being truly a Group Leader) & I am still awaiting cost of my statements. Attempting to talk to somone in control is worse than attempting to choose a terrorist in covering. Our documents have now been really knowing in relation to the exceptional funds but I worry my persistence and reliability are increasingly being sorely tried. Although writing this I've now been cut off from the broker who had been reluctant to place me to any degree of administration. Therefore much for the marketing & declaring to become greater, quicker and much more effective than all of the relaxation! I'm however to possess my question actioned & being that they are shown as being a company. Whonot react to these entries, my single objective would be to alert anybody considering account together - the pleasant speech about the different aspect of the telephone just continues while issues operate easily - whenever you certainly require help, their correct colors SPARKLE which is undoubtedly a dim, doomy glare!!
