Telephone Harrassment

I'm desperate of cancer and that I continually receive telephone calls seeking me to restore my account. I quit my account many years before due to their continuous harassment. I've to obtain my relaxation and also the hours they contact are usually sometimes that I'm attempting to rest. When there is a method to quit this harassment please get it done or atleast I would like to understand how. Whenever they contact my entire life has been reduced whilst the relaxation I want has been removed from me.
