Cybersonic Toothbrush
Ripoff totally fed up!

I have had the Cybersonic Toothbrush now for a few months and have had nothing but problems with it. The brush worked fine for the first couple of months when the brush heads starting popping off. They wouldn't stay put and the slightest pressure applied to them while brushing, they would fall off in your mouth.

I called Cybersonic and they refused to send me a shipping label to return it. They said I had to pay for the shipping AND I had to insure it because if it was not insured, they wouldn't accept it or accept responsibility for it if something happened that it "never made it back" to the company.

To make a long story short, I did all of the above, and never got a replacement. I call and call and after waiting a good 15 minutes or more on hold you get this guy who "takes a message and someone will call you back." It's very frustrating and its even more frustrating when NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. I've tried this 4 times already and have gotten nowhere. Also, they missed mailing me my tootbrush replacement heads and I had to call them several times.

I finally got through and they sent me my brushes and charged me for them twice. They charged for the brushes I didn't receive, then charged to send them out AGAIN. I'm totally fed up with cybersonic and will never buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

i will go to another company, like braun, in the future, who is reputable. The only reason I'm doing this because I did a search for the Cybersonic website, since they are conveniently NOT LISTED in the telephone directory and the operators "don't have a clue" as to what number to call. I was just about to WRITE THEM now and if I do not get a response by the end of the week, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
