Dr Cottingham didnt provide requested service

Some time ago I requested thatDr Cottinghamperform DOT therapy on my eye lids. On the day of service he asked if I would like my entire face done since it would be no extra charge, and I agreed. After the procedure was completed he told me that he couldnt do my eye lids since he did not have the necessary eye protection for me. He said that the next time he did the DOT procedure, that he would be sure to have me fitted for the proper eye protection, and do the treatment at no charge. His additional words were " I will take care of you". I never heard back from him. I began calling for updates and aways had to leave a message. He never returned my calls. When I became a pest he would sometimes speak to me saying that he hadn't forgotten about me. This has now been about 2 years!!! More than enough time to remedy my situation or just give me my money back so I could find the procedure elsewhere. Beware!
