I visited get my Rx packed only at that HEB first they stated my Insurance stated it can not be stuffed till 24 hours later and so I called my Inches. Plus they place in an override. Then once they get they stated nicely we have to contact the physician since it was only a little early to become loaded anyways. I understand it's a controlled material I'm a recovering addict who's retrieved and since my Rx would be to handle habit it's no cause to suppose immediately! Large no-no regarding HIPPA and my PHI (protected health info). Therefore the pharmacist mentioned return tomorrow at 10am is when anything ought to be completed and prepared and so I come at 11:45am 24 hours later they claim 30min more. Then I return at 1pm plus they inform me we don't have your Rx in-stock to help you move elsewhere or delay a later date or two! I'll never visit an HEB drugstore again. They break your HIPPA privileges used to do not provide my physician authorization to produce any data regarding my Rx and didn't provide the Drugstore authorization to appear into my health background simply to discover if I'm looking to get an additional Rx. After being truly a recovering addict and overcoming all what I've already been through. It was demeaning and created me feel just like they handled my like I had been a peace of garbage and also the method they looked over me was like I had been garbage about the base of there boot!
