Total scam. I declined to renew my membership was told that all paperwork had been processed and i would not be automatically renewed. Checked my billing statement three months later and saw that i had been charged for three months and that my contract had been renewed. When i called to clear this up no one new what to do. After 2 months of back and forth i was told i would be refunded my money. Yet another lie as i have never been refunded my my money till this day.
