Insidiously hacked my computer to email blast spam without my consent using my yahoo acct. To spam viagra type Canadian pharmacies

Http://mentalhealthdrugstoretablets..net Somehow hacks my yahoo account using my contact list blast emails all of my contacts to spam them about viagra and pain killers for sell online w/o phone support only email to business called Canadian HealthCare Mall w / presumably three offices:

186, Brock Street, Kingston, ON, Canada

The USA Branch Office:

2723, Guadalupe St,
Austin, TX,
USA and warehouse in New Delhi, Canada. All could be covers for a guy working out of his home or apt. There domain name changes and I tried to trace them down to three domain and web hosts.

They must be stopped. How may we instigate an investigation? Thank you. Be ware.
