I have been trying to get test results or a refund from this company since mid 2008.in February I purchased the $379 ELISA test. No results ever received. I've tried to contact the company via email, snail mail, phone and fax and no one responds. I've reported them to the Florida Attorney General's office and have had two different health agencies in Florida try to do something on my behalf. They've gotten no responses either. I just found a web site that tackles internet fraud (via the FBI and NW3C) and I will file with them. Their site can be found here http://www.ic3. Gov/default. Aspx. I suggest everyone who has had problems with Better Control Of Health file too. Perhaps, in numbers, we can all get our money back.
