Conexis pulling a fast one

I'm within the last month of the national COBRA insurance being handled by Conexis. They've randomly transformed my premium rate-based on data supplied in problem by my former company, that has acknowledged the problem and it has attempted to alter the error. Alternatively, Conexis is getting my former worker an additional $500 and attempting to suggest that I owe $300 from September that they recognized they did not bill me for. Today, two times before Holiday, they're challenging by "person to person" and "e-mail" that I spend this additional $300 with no explanation for that change. They've floated a few arbitrary numbers without clarification. Easily do not spend, they'll stop the rest of the 10 times I've quit, therefore threatening the Cal Cobra I'm currently entitled to.

I thought Conexis was indulging in unjust business methods when this first uneasy partnership started in July/ September. They advised me I'd no protection returning atleast 45 times and required I spend 2-3 weeks "back rates" to exhibit that I'd had constant protection without really getting the advantages available. They stated that they did not gain something, which was simply how a program worked. Today, they're employing strong-arm techniques in the last second challenging I spend an additional $300, without issue or sufficient notice, or they'll stop my advantages and jeopardize my ongoing advantages with Cal Cobra.

Where's Californiais insurance commissioner and just why is not he examining Conexis for unjust business methods against Californiais battling unemployed?
