Poor Customer Service/Cancellation of Insurance

I've had Conexis as my COBRA supervisor for 8 weeks. They're probably the most unorganized organization I've actually handled plus they have total control over my advantages!?!? I've created funds also it requires 5 to seven days to approach these funds on the finish. So they declare that my cost is overdue. They spend the insurance providers late to ensure that providers are finished. Thank heavens, I've stored each and every verification number. I'm so fed up with coping with them, that I approached my prior company and posted a criticism on Conexis. I described my complications, period and power I had been needing to commit. My problem/remark was...

"should you (my prior company), are spending them (Conexis) due to their providers to handle my Cobra Consideration... Please locate some otherwise!!! I'm fed up with needing to invest hours about the telephone to obtain absolutley no-where... And also to have my money lost. Fed up with likely to the physician to possess eyes examined, and discovering I've no protection. Fed up with likely to the physician to get a check-up and discovering I've no protection. Fed up with likely to the drugstore to obtain replacements and discovering I've no protection. All this after I have settled my rates weeks forward... Thus... What're they performing with my cash???"
