Glucosulin
Robbed 100 dollar for meds that don't work and was told I could'nt get a refund even if i returned the product

Dec 9th. Iwent to my pob and notice a package with two bottles of Glucosulin that i did not order. Dec. 10th I called my bank and found there had been 100.00 dollars taken from my account, they gave me a number to call for a refund. I was told that I could not get a refund even if i return the product by Kathy ext. 4862. My understanding was that after the 30 day free trial i could reorder if i wanted to at a cost of 50.00 dollars, They did not work why would i want anymore so I didnt reorder. At the bottom of the of the packing slip stating that i could recieve a refund up to 30 day with a note no refunds from our lifestyle auto shipment program one the order has been shipped. How can you force someone to keep something they do not want From my understanding I did not sign up for any autoship Iv'e been robbed with out a gun and the product does'nt work for me!!!
