I called to order this product (Glucosulin) on 8/17. They told me it was charging $11.60 for S&H only. This is a 30 day trial. I was told that when the product arrived to call to cancel the auto-ship and than I could just order when or what I wanted, I did this.

I made two more calls to be assured that this was done. I asked in each call if there was anything else I needed to do if there was anything else I needed to know. They said that everything was set and I would not be sent any more product unless I called to order and that I would not be charged anything else.

Now, a month later I see a charge on my bank aaccount for $99.96. I called and they said that I didn't return the product with the RW number I needed to include when I called to get it. I explained that I was not told about this and they said that it was in the literature sent with the product.

I read all the information included with the product and it does indeed say that if you can get through all the mish-mash to read this. They mix this info up with special offers etc. I feel stupid but at the same time they had an obligation to tell me about this when I specifically asked.

I recently ran into this same type of set-up with several other products advertised on TV and the internet. They, however were honest to say up front that the product had to be returned within the trial period and that an RW number which had to be called into get had to be included.

This is very deceptive and misleading to the public and this type of operation needs to be stopped.
