Lied about what they really were. Charge you 78.41 instead of 19.45.. Customers always right... Not with these clowns

I am not f*&@ing impressed. I was told that i had until 11/23 to make a choice whether i was going to keep the product or not. If they did not hear from me by then i was going to be charged 78.41. Ok fine. I called on the 6th and told them that i was going to keep the product and they told me that i was only going to be charged 19.45. NOPE! Now im being told that i never called and theres nothing they can do about it. Bull sh*t. Im not the first and probably not going to be the last that gets ripped off by these scumbags!
