I ordered a free trial of Maximun Burn Extreme from Diet Max. I was unaware that I had to cancel before the 10 day trial was up or be billed for the product, I was charged $87.13 and when I called the 800 number to complain was told that was the way they did business. I proceeded to cancel my account (or I thought I did) and was told I would receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. As you might have guessed, I did not receive the e-mail and have subsequently been billed another $76.26 for another supply along with $2.95 shipping. All attempts to reach the them thru the 800 number have been futile as the number is always busy. I have not received the product for the second billing. These people are stealing from unsuspecting consumers There has to be a waythru some agency to stop these thieves from stealing any more money from us. Can anybody help?
