False advertisement

I put a-one-time-order for $29.95. I requested within the telephone, and offered my bank card number. Proactiv shipped the purchase, and included that it's a bundle at a price of $99 plus. I told them to consider the total amount and stop my purchase. They included another $99 bundle alternatively, and today they stated thay are likely to remove the total amount, subsequently stop my bill. I told my lender to prevent cost, however they claimed they CAn't. They mentioned the organization would need to quit by themselves.
