Unauthorized testing

9/20/10 visited Audet's office for annual exam & prescription renewal. I paid in cash. During my visit Audet's nurse, Jolene, dogged me relentlessly about a mammogram. I am unemployed & uninsured therefore I repeatedly told her no thank you. 9/27/10 I receive a solicitation call from Jolene. I was unaware the gynecologists employed telemarketing tactics. I am on the No Not Call Registry therefore Jolene's call in in violation of Federal law. The disrespectful gyno nurse continues to push additional womb testing. I once again decline. Jolene refuses to accept no for an answer and proceeds to ask unethical questions such as "Why are you here? Does your mother need you?" The unlawful medical representative then tells me that I "need to get out more". All the while, I am declining further testing. I did not authorize additional testing. I had to hang up to get rid of the rude, pushy, disrespectful, and disobedient gyno. Nurse. 10/2/10 I received an invoice from Quest Diagnostics. The invoice contained unauthorized testing charges. Jolene had blatantly disobeyed my wishes & instruction. She ordered the additional testing without my authorization. Her actions were completely unlawful. She must personally pay the additional $105.00 charges she ordered without authorization.
