Very unprofessional, called to request to see the product after attempting to stop at posted address. This address is to a printing company. No email access, was told it was the best product available and no insurance would cover it. After talking with a licensed professional medical supplier, this speaking device is covered by insurances in which they wanted to charge me almost $500 dollars. I also notified bbb regarding false addresses with advertisement
