Im very upsett with the billing practices of such a known university, I find it hard to believe this day of age they opperate like a very poor building contractor, Im a contractor myself, if I make a mistake I would be a very poor contractor to try too bill for my stupidity, this is life and things happen, if a dentist make a mistake and has to call in someone else to fix his mistake, that's life, not my fault
