Back in 2005 I purchased a Velplas partial from Dr Jim Smith manager dental works at sears, I went back several times for adjustments, the partial eventually destroyed the condition of my front tooth... We had move three hrs away from there facilities and called and were told by their office personnel sure bring the partial in and we will help you. So I am disabled and my husband drove me the 3 hr trip from northwest PA to century III. I was sold this partial made of a miracle material velplas was told it would last a lifetime and additional teeth could be added... We presented the partial with its issue to a Dr Gomez who worked for Dr Smith... Apparently my partial was 2 months out of date now instead of a lifetime it had 5 years and she went on to say that if I wanted the bottom that was cracking it would cost me $176 which might last for a week or even just one day..orginally I had been blantly lied to it would last a lifetime and teeth could be added. Now Gomez said no teeth could be added. We represented the sale info Dr Smith gave to us and Dr Gomez said that is why I am in charge and Smith is in North Carolina. We would never have traveled 6 hours round trip to be made a mockery of. We expended $60 in glass and with my fibromyalgia and my husbands prostate condition we endure this mockery of dental service and then was called and asked what they could do for me... After a getting no where conversation I hung up on their representative from their headquarters so heads up to any one thinking of committing to a dental prorgam with DENTAL WORKS BEWARE YOU PROBABLY WITH BE OVERSOLD SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT AND THE WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THEIR CONDITIONS AS THEY WANT THEM TO BE GOOD LUCK ALL PATIENTS BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE
