Dentist work gone bad

Prepaid $5099.00 jan 30 on my sears cc to dental works for dental work for my son joshua who is of age. Dentist dr john oris who did the work and refused to admit there was a problem said service rendered and completed. Feb 24 josh got exam and 2nd opinion w/xrays from dr kenneth l baiko saying major dental damage done and is unacceptable under any standard of care and gross incompetence. Feb i took xrays to dental works and left xrays at office & asked for return call. Although i called often no acknowledgement of xrays and no call back. Sept 15 consultation w oris and he refused to look in joshua's mouth. He said he had xrays and didn't need to look. Oris said he would redo the work but i would have to pay another $3000.00 plus the $5099.00 already charged to my card. Josh did not want oris to redo his teeth & i thought oris should repay the money. I got a break when i sent dental board doctor meckler 2nd opinion from dr baiko on april 1. Dental one offered to pay $3710.00 to sears. I asked for another offer and on 4/16/10 was offered repayment in full. They wanted josh and i to sign a release. I called dental works and to rebecca thomas office mgr said thank you. I was truely happy about the offer. The offer to pay $5099.00 to sears as they should but they didnt offer to pay josh any money for damages done to his teeth. Rebecca said she would contact dental board and get back w me. Josh as for $5000.00 to fix his teeth and rebecca never called back. June i called barry at bbb ref #8038661 and he said dental one had called bbb and agreed to pay sears but nothing for josh. I have records and letters of all statements made abouve. Please could someone help!
