Let me tell you that I received pills in a package from Hong Kong fairly quickly. They looked very close to the real thing. They did nothing more than give me a headache. These are not real pills at all.increased alertness and appetite suppression should be present after taking these pills. Neither effect was received. All I feel is lethargic and have a headache.
