Pill Shortage Twice

I received the wrong pill count twice from this location. The first time I was filling Testim and received a box that was missing several tubes of the medication. I did not realize this until I went in for the next refill and I was unable to get the discount from the Pharmaceutical Company because it was too early for refill.
The second time I was shorted one pill of Nucynta, which is a narcotic pain reliever, and the manager told me that normally he would not give me my one pill but he would if I brought it in the next day. The count on the pill bottle was not circled or initial, which it is supposed to be with all narcotics. I am just a week postop so I am unable to get to the pharmacy myself.
The Testim being substantially short was the biggest burden because it cost me $60 on a copay that would normally be discounted by the company that makes the Testim. The Nucynta has been a burden since I am unable to leave my home due to back surgery. My mother and wife have to deal with the shortage.
