Have not receieved orde

I ordered some Benadryl Quick Dissolve Strips back on 8/28/10 they were sent thru American Wholesale. I kept waiting& didn't receive them so I traced them down & they had been sent back to American Wholesale, so I contacted them thru email twice & finally I got a response. They had sent them to the wrong address. I sent them the correct address & them to reship the strips to the correct address they said they would & I've still not received them. I wanted to see if you could help me get a refund because my Discover card has already been charged 16.49 or get them to please ship them. I have now found the strips at K-mart but if they will ship them that would be fine. Thank you very much. Order No. Is 104-8827087-6963400
