David Mann Incompetent, Unethical, Ego-Maniac!

My experience, everything I have read on this website about this guy is true! Dr Mann does not read any of the OSCs and letters andmerely counts the pages! He does NO investigative work even whenfacts and evidence are provided. DrMann charged over 15K to produce a useless report filled with errors, omissions, and made extremely disturbing recommendationsin which was not inthe best interest of the child. Fortunately, the judge essentially tossed the useless report aside and exercised the common-sense Dr Mann seems to be lacking. During the evaluation process, this extremely odd man actually believed that he was both judge andjury. Without reading anything, he demonstrated confirmatory bias stating Ihave done hundreds if not thousands of cases and I know what the issues are. He also stated I am in charge and I will make all decisions. Concurrently, Dr Mann banned all discussion regardingthe presented issues (per the court order and OSC filings) forwhat he was actually hired to investigate/determine. And his greed and laziness are clear from the onset. And finally, this nut-case will tell you that Thereare no causes, just effects. Hence, this rational is howhe justifies NOT confirming any facts or investigating any issues is why he can bill to the rate he does. Theentire process was a waste of time and money and did nothing but escalate andextend the matters in litigation.
