Did not provide services as advertised or stated. Fitness program no better than average class at a gym. Not worth the money they are asking. Terrible customer service. Only out for your money. T

Karen Rzesutko, MSed founder of Escape 2 Fitness charges a high $500.00 fitness program that is supposed to be aggressive in toning the body. When initally signing up, they lost my paper work for several months, couldn't get through to them on the phone to save my life, and then near the end they wouldn't let me attend because they "didn't" have my paperwork. They did however, have no problem charging me right away.

The work out program itself was not what was promoted and when asked about a partial refund at cancellation, they denied me stating it went against their policies. This whole program was a nightmare and the aggressive workouts - they were not aggressive at all.in fact, I could have went to a standard gym and hired a personal trainer, acheived more results physically and still have saved money. The program workout is under par for what they promote.

I will never do business with this company and would prefer that anyone interested in trying this program out, think twice. There are much better options out there with friendlier service with a more organized atmosphere.
