I was at the local CVS today and the total purchase came to 6.23 and I gave the person 20.23 he gave me back 4 dollars and claimed I gave him 10. The manager "counted " the drawer and showed me some numbers on a piece of paper and told me that his drawer was right.

I feel ripped off because I know I did not have 10 in my wallet.
