Buyer beware! - sonic/repair

Medidenta has got to be the worst dental supply company and repair. I heard directly from an employee of medidenta that they sell refurbished handpieces and tell the custmer's they are brand new handpieces. I purchased 3 sonic handpieces and had to send them back for repair a month later and they charged me over 500.00 for the repair and they handpieces still did not work. They do not honor their warranty polcy. Please take my advice and stay away from medidenta! The porducts are so cheap and the services is terriable! How did they stay in business for 66 yrs? Horrible produts!!!
