Glucosulin Desciptive Practices-You order there trail sample and then without your knowledge they tell you in order to not be charged $90.00 a month you must mail back unused portian and empty bottles they neve

I ordered Glucosulin off a 800 number off the televison on or approximately 07-01-10. At the time of my purchase at no time did they state to me that I must before 30 days return any unused portion and empty bottles of the porduct if I did not comply they said they would be charging my account $90.00 a month and enroll me in there autoship program. Today being 7-20-10 I contacted them to cancell my order or membership what ever you want to call it. I just stated to them I was not interested in recieveing anymore of there product as it does not work as they claimed it would. That is when I was instructed or told I had to do all these stupid things by sending empty bottles back to them and unused product or otherwise I will be charged. I was furious with them and stated this was unlawful practices as I was never told this at the time of my order had I been I would never have ordered it. I payed $11.80 cents to have it shipped to me. I told them I refused to do this. They stated it was on the packaging information and I told them yes it was but to bad i was not told up front about such idiotic behaviors and they were just trying to trick me into get hooked into having to buy more of there product. I was livid at this point. My boyfriend took the phone from me and stated he was there when i ordered it and they never said any such thing / They said they will have to go back to to the recording of my orginal order to make a determination if I was liable or not to have to do such a stupid thing. I know without a doubt that if they had stated I had to go through such a procedure I would have told them thanks but no thanks because I have zero tolerence for such behaviors. They are trying to bait me into autoship unless I mail these stupid bottles back and they must arrive within a 7 day period or you will be charged they $90.00. I am so upset I do not know what to do. I do not have time for such pettiness. I am doing this out of pricinciple of what is right and what is wrong. And these kind of deceptive practices are totally uncalled for and not right at all. Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Can they legally do this to me?
