Falsely charging credit card each month

I have noticed for several months that one of my credit cards was being billed once a month for $47.50, however, when i tried to reach to company i am never able to get an answer. When trying to research the company on the internet, the only thing that i am able to find is a "Terms and Agreement" which they have at http://greentea1000.net/terms.html i am filing again with my credit card disputing this.
