Jason Callan 2 day Delivery 21 days and counting = Nothing but Excuses

With an order totalling $38 - Canada Post Express Delivery (max 2 days) cost $20 for a 150 gram delivery of herbs. To be exact - Ayahuasca Traditional Package Number 1. The 2 day delivery is now 22 days. The are shipping from East to West Canada using Canada Post and so there should be NO PROBLEM with shipping at all. Three inquiries were made, and twice I was assured that product would be shipped "next week". They had unspecified problems with Canada Post. I asked them to use Purolator or UPS or any other Currier company but I did not get a response. No responses to telephone calls either.

So after 3 weeks, the status on the system shows "processing", the same as it always has. I was told 3 times that the delivery would be made "early next week". I have asked for a description of what the problem was. No reply.

I am very frustrated and if I had not been "strung along", I would have canceled and ordered from another company. Now I am way behind schedule and this important shipment has not arrived. It appears that it has not been shipped. When they WERE speaking / typing to me, they were very friendly and sympathetic. They made me want to give them a chance. I hope they did not totally abuse my trust, but after 3 weeks...
