I requested my free sample and presumptiously they sent 2 more unwanted orders and billed my credit card $66.00 for each order. I contacted the company and they refused to credit my card stating that the product is not returnable and i was stuck with it.

They also stated that their web site clearly stated this but when i returned to the site i saw nothing of the fact that they would send subsequent orders without my permission and that the product was not returnable. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they were not available but just moments before one was consulted by the employee who was fielding my complaint. They finally offered to return my money for one order but not the other.

I then contacted nys attorney general consumer fraud division and filed a complaint. If their is a disclaimer about subsequent orders it must be after you accept the free sample and they already have your credit card info. The real kick in the teeth is when they asked me if they could help me with anything else.
