Ripoff charged visa and sent nothing internet

6 months ago i ordered $60 worth of drugs and paid with my visa. No drugs were received. I contacted visa and they told me i was defrauded. I was not charged because of this. Visa attempted to contact the company unsuccessfully. Nevertheless because i protested i have been receiving about 25 gibberish spam emails daily. I asked them to stop and they simply increased the number of emails.
