MWI Premiere Health Plus

I had ordered Premiere Health Plus through an Ebay promotion on a webpage (URL removed by usacomplaints.com). This site allows ebay members to earn points (this one was 1000 points or $10) to sign up for different programs.

I figured I would sign up to get the points and cancel it before the end of the month. But to my surprise, I tried to sign up several times and it would not go through. It did however go through on a try farther along. So I went about my business and figured I would cancel the club when I got the package in the mail. I NEVER got anything, even an e-mail confirmation of membership like they said they sent or a package in the mail.

A few days ago I was charged $14.95 and I did not have the 1-800 number to cancel the club. This caused this item and another to bounce as well as 3 more items.
I am going to mail in a copy of my statement in hopes of them refunding those charges. The $14.95 is supposed to be refunded to my account in 2 business days. I am also going to file a report with my bank.

I am very good with getting money back from companies. I often complain and contact my bank (for my debit card) or credit company and I usually get the charges reversed. If anyone can help me on this one, please post it on the site. I won't let myself not get a refund. Thanks so much, I hope this helps someone!
