They do not refund any money, they are a scam, they give the run-around

HCG Medical is nothing but a scam! The program sounded wonderful, the people on the phone were believable but obviously professional liars. I signed up, first it was going to be like 2k for 6 months, then I said I couldn't do that. They said they could take payments. I got them down from like 1k down to 250 down. That should have been a sign. They took out 250 from my acct. The next month they took out 124 and the next 125. My doctor said do not do the HCG program at all! So they advertise and say that if for some reason you can not do the program and have not started you get a full refund. That is BS! They claimed they had to retain 349 fee. So, I didn't complain when I should have. They said I had a refund of 149.00 to be deposited on my card in 3-7 business days. It has been 4 1/2 weeks and no refund. Everytime I call the guy I talked to Jared doesn't work at the location, or he is not available. Ive talked to a so called supervisor named David who promissed Jared would call. Still no call. Ive talked to Stephanie who claims there person in charge of refunds is no longer there due to not processing them in a timely manner. Stephanie was going to look into and get it all straight. That didn't happen. Now Ronald Parks who is the so called "chief financial advisor" claims my refund will be processed today and should be done by Friday. SCAM SCAM SCAM, do not get suckered into there nice-ness and them sounding like a legit company. They are not! They also said its the amount I paid plus prescriptions. Then it turned into prescriptions and supplements! Like an extra 400 a month on top of what your paying. Please do not get scammed by them. They are liars, scammers and do not refund your money!
