Jiten s. Saty away, the dr. Has Mental problems, Warnning!

Do not Risk on getting any Dental work here - the Owner (Dr. Jiten S.) is a "MAD man" with a problematic mind and stingy behavior, think twice before doing any dental work at this business - take it from our experience 2000 miles away, I would stay away from them.

The owner JITEN purchased a telephone device on the internet 3-4 years ago manufactured by our company, from the start he started to make trouble, 1st by calling us multiple times & saying the product is not as advertised, when he was told to go a head and return it from where ever you purchased it from, then he asked for Free Memory Cards, He does not want to spend $50 to have an installer install a telecom device for him yet he calls 10 times and spends time to talk to some one to have it installed over the phone.

The Dr. JITEN does not understand the product warranty does not cover installation, does not understand that product warranty does not cover Power Surges of the power lines and any resulting damage to electronics, He even calls after 3-4 years and spends hours to get some one to install a partially "Blown out device" in his business as he has moved his office. He is so cheap that he does not want to throw a way anything and drives anyone nuts with threatening calls to take them to court, right of the batch he calls and asks "who is your attorney?" You would not expect that head of a Medical / Dental place would have such mental issues!

If he can not let go of a $250 device blown away 3-4 years ago in a storm in his business, can he have the frame of mind to disinfect the tools in his practice properly and throw away any other tools / instruments from years ago?

With over 30,000 machines sold and 20 years of business, we have never run into a such a case in which we need to write about an experience and warn anyone. It is as if he has problem he needs to discharge somehow. Personally I would not want to be under his hands for any dental work in a million years if I was a patient. Stay away.
