The front desk and dentist for this practice uses bait and switch tactics. They originally provided me a treatment plan that included everything insurance did and didnt cover. I agreed to terms on treatment plan. I set an appointment based on the treatment plan outline. I was provided the service and at check out was told that I had another month waiting period on my insuarnce and that I was now responsible for the full amount. They could have told me this when I arrived for treatment but was not. I was baited and switched after the fact. I had been a patient for over 2 years and this was not what I was expecting. Nobody offered to give me a payment plan even though i was a faithful patient. Also the front desk was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! She slandered me and threatened to call the police on me!!! Very embarassing!!! I encourage everyone to stay far and away from this practice. Buyer beware with this group!!!? Mark Voltarel
