Failed to send refund

I signed up to get a sample of Smoke Reliefs Electric Cigarettes which I got but then they sent me replacement cartridges with out my permission and charged me for them I called and told them that I did not want themand was given a return number which I was to put on the front of the return envelope I did as I was told. One of the people at the company said I would have my refund credited to my debit card with in 15 days but that never happened then another person there said I didn't even have an account. All I want his my refund in the amount of $49.95 minus any shippimg fee they may have.
