USC of Los Angeles providesdental treatments to the general public, NOT free, but rather expensive, forexample, I was quoted $10,000.00 for 2 dental implants.

Two receptionists (CarolHoward and Louis Declour) at the dental office are grossly hostile and abusive;they would not check me in at each visit (2 times). Their boss Timothy S. Saunders terminated my services at the spot when I made my 2ndcomplaint on the 2 abusive receptionists refusing to check me in. I havewitness to testify that the 2 receptionists have abusive power to refusechecking patients in. Their boss approved their abuse. Carol and Louis made mewaited more than 25 minutes watching them gossip with each other, making uglylaughs to cuss at me, to harass me and then to refuse check me in. Their bossSaunders DDS condoned their misdemeanors and retaliated against me for making complaints on their abusive conduct; Saunders compulsively terminated my dental service at the spot while I requested to check me in.

Furthermore, Saunders blockedme from reporting him to his boss or to anyone at USC. When I reached thedean's office, Zarita deliberately transferred my calls to Saunders' office. Moreover, Saunders ordered the most horrific Suzane Phson (a managing dentist) to harass me at my residence (with no permission to use my home phone); Phson started to bark at me like a mad dog, and then hung up without giving me a chance tospeak.

The tyrant Saunders (a practicing mgr) sent mehis evil letter notifying me that he has cancelled all my appointments withother dentists barbarically obstructing my dental treatments at USC. Not onlythat Sanders terminated my dental treatments at USC, he also ripped me off $230plus $60 gasoline after he refused to examine, to diagnose, to write treatment plan. His malicious acts speak louder than his education. I had to notify authority concerningSaunders unruly conduct and possibly charge him for threat. He does notact like a human; his conduct resembles a beast with no ethic, no moral and noconscience. Consumers be aware!
