Unauthorized charge

Terminated after Free Trial Offer but charged my charge card anyway. When approached they convinced me to increase the test period and upon termination of the brand new test interval, I had been informed they've issue using the Vendor (Green Tea Extract) with no credit is likely to be released and also to follow it with my charge card organization that we did; however the corporation posted a rebuttal. It is insane!!
