She didnot tell him that i did create a police statement like I had been informed, (I had been recommended to call-back with statement # I had been never told to create real statement in possibly) I named 2 times to determine When They may help me with my discomfort (for nerve damag. I had been killed between 2 vehicles, I've Deginerative Joint Illness, Fybromyalga, P.T.S.D. Ans Hoshimotos Disease.) She kept showing me NUMBER i wont allow my physicians risk their lic. She just informed him that i and my mom were harrasing him. She explained to visit E.R. And that I did plus they were upset since thats not exactly what the IM is for! She did not tell me that I have to provide IM statement in either. Another contact taker offered him the incorrect message. I stated inform him if my discomfort gets worse I WOULD toss 31/2 years of sobriety out the window. He believes and place in my medical graphs that I've a present drug abuse problem. Wrong. He conceal my Health Background (I understand since I requested for my Documents along with a large amount of whats said to be inside isn't!) He made me out to become some somewhat medication seeker. With small issues... I understand of numerouse people whom have experienced there meds stop by him or alter plus some life-threating (center medications) It moves on and on!
