Wrong merchandise sent and won't exchange

The web site never I would like to evaluate my purchase or mentioned a return policy before the deal planning though. No reciept was actually received, despite demands via the telephone. The glasses I received aren't the structures I requested. The organization will not acknowledge their error and trade them. I'd need to buy completely fresh contacts (at over $200). Since I have don't have any reciept, I can not actually show that they are within the incorrect. The container the spectacles were delivered in did not include so much like a packing slip. I am in a reduction in regards to what to complete.
