Buyer Beware

Buyer beware.
My first interaction with Providian Medical will be my last.
Last January (three months ago) I returned a $47,500.00 sono machine unopened because a pending lease fell through. My first conversation with the sales rep involved this information and a written 60 day return policy was given as I knew a return was a good possibility. I received the machine and had to return it three weeks later.
After THREE months I finally have my money. It took threats of a lawsuit, calling the police and placing complaints on websites before it happened. It took two months to hear from anyone other than the sales rep only after the above threats. They kept saying that I had been told that my refund was dependant on the resale of the machine. Even their sales rep told them that was NOT true. After all of this, (dozens of phone calls, dozens of emails, multiple threats) they didn't have the decency to give me interest and cover the 5 wire fees.
Take this for what it's worth.
