I purchased an EKG machine from Absolute Medical in August. The LCD display did not work upon receipt. It took me 3 weeks before I finally was able to get through and speak with someone in tech support (I left several messages, none of which were returned). After receiving a new LCD, it did not work either. I immediately began contacting them again. I left several messages (none of which were returned). Finally, one day someone answered the phone. He told me that he would call me right back. Never happened. I began calling again and leaving messages. No return calls. I sent an email that was returned telling me to contact Ashley. I left Ashley a message, never getting a return call. On 10/18/07 I called and spoke to a female who assured me that she would call me first thing the following morning. No call. I am totally frustrated and am stuck with an EKG machine that does not work.
