Terrible experience

I purchased a beaker for my 6-month old infant, following a couple of days the drinking touch began to get moss throughout and im not able to take it off. I've tried cleaning with warm soapy water as recommended about the instructions and a variety of method to try to take away the terrible places that are all around the limit today. We mothers are very consious on our kids health... Whats the justification??
