Failed to deliver what was promised - No Walmart $50.00 gift card but I still got billed

No welcome package that was to include $50.00 gift card and instructions to cancel newsletter. Free books weren't so free when I did try to cancel. They offered $15.00 refund for 59.95 charge. They also processed other offers which were charged to my credit card even though I refused them at the time. This group is setup to rip people off.
