False advertising and not sending returns nor the money for merchandise returned

I requested about 6 wigs out of this organization that have been the incorrect shade. I reurned them for that proper shade plus they delivered 1 wig back and did deliver me a return.

I put another order also it charged me three times for that same order. They offered me the reimbursement for just one purchase and never the 2nd.

I called them delivered mail, after email after email plus they have overlooked me and also have not named or deliver any email apology or released a return.

They're no honest organization to complete business with and that I wish to document the best criticism against them.
