Acai Berry
Again acai berry rips someone off!

Acai Berry also sent me a letter, saying I owed them money. (69.96) The letter stated I never canceled
I called within the 14 day free trail, the guy told me he would cancel and I didn't have to return the bottle. This was back last fall.
I tried yesterday for two hour to call (877-537-2434). They answered and said I was number 20 and when I got to 1, they hung up. How am I to get this resolved. The letter stated if I didn't get in contact with them in 10 days they would send it to a debt collector.
Help me, what am I to do
