Terrible Customer Service

I take copaxone daily by injection and have been required by Blue Cross to get my meds from this company. My copay is the same $100 a month but it must be helping save blue cross money. Which is most important right? CERTAINLY NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR THE PATIENT, WHO SUFFERS FROM MS.

I have never talked to a polite service rep at this place. I am always told you know you can go online to reorder your prescription. They are unhelpful and unkind. I cannot stand dealing with them. A prime example of big corporation poor quality, unprofesstional service.
