Poor customer service

I recently had a scheduled appointment in the America's Best-In Blaine, MN. I had been really dissatisfied within their support. I'd an appoinment at 2, and needed to wait until 3 to obtain my eyes examined ultimately. After I went set for the first check to calculate my attention and so forth, it was horrible that on the equipment was remaining solution and my face was moist with it. Atleast they clear it right? After I noticed the physician, I'd to hold back atleast another half-hour till anybody arrived to provide me my perscription and purchase my connections. She was waiting on the guy and after she was completed with him, she went and shuffled some documents and place the spectacles show back about the ledge and that I thought like she might have completed that after she'd waited on me since she realized I had been sitting there waiting.in the end of the, they delivered my contact order towards the incorrect target. I'd specifically informed them that I desired it delivered to some other handle and published it along for them-and they still got it wrong. Never can return here again. They appear extremely unprofessional and uncaring.
