Undelivered promises ripoff internet

I ordered their sample for my wife which included a container of Vitale anti aging cream. After using it she decided to order some more. When I called to do so I was informed that it was less expensive if I joined their club and put it on a recurring order. I did so and placed an order. It was due at the end of the month.
When it did not arrive in July I called again.

I was told that there was some sort of mix up in the order department and that it would go out this month for sure.
When it did not arrive I called again in August. This time I spoke with a supervisor who assured me that it would be sent out immediately. As of September it still has not arrived. Tonight I sent an email and canceled our account.

Beware of unkept promises. Usually there is a reason. I just do not wish to hang around and find out what it is.
